Delivery method
Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most UK orders arrive the next working day.
Shipping cost
UK delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and no charge added at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email you a Royal Mail tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes go by the same Tracked 24 service, and occasionally take one extra working day. We do not ship outside the UK.
When your order is dispatched
Orders placed before 6pm (midnight) are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that go out the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, so an order placed late on Friday leaves on Monday.
You get an email the moment your payment clears, and a second one with your tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
How your order is packed
Vials are kept cold and sealed until the day they ship. They go out in plain, unbranded outer packaging with padded protection. Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside. Your freeze-dried vials are stable in transit and should be moved to storage at the temperature listed on the product page once they arrive.
If your parcel is late or missing
Royal Mail treats a Tracked 24 parcel as delayed rather than lost until 10 working days have passed. If your tracking has not updated after that, email us and we will either replace the order or refund it in full. Full details are in our returns & refunds policy.
